"I found the collaborative process a very positive one. Before going into it I was very nervous as to the result. However, this proved foundless. The 3 lawyers involved the mediator, my lawyer & my husband's lawyer all worked together for what was fair & equitable for both parties. This process did not take too long. My first interview was in November 2016 & the court orders for the property settlement were finalised in mid April 2017. I am very happy with the outcome."
